Woodworking: Shaker Style Herb Cabinet
Friday July 3, 10 AM - 4 PM; Instructors: Dan and Betsy Grecoe
Come and join Dan and Betsy to make a Shaker style herb cabinet. The pine cabinet is closed on three sides with an open front and has two shelves. Measures 18-1/4" high, 12-1/2" wide and 5" deep. The shelves will hold and display many items-hobbies, decorations, Shaker herb tins, etc. Dan will lead you through the steps to make and prepare the cabinet for finishing. Betsy will show you how to apply and rub out a milk paint finish - a small stencil design may also be added. Please wear work clothes. Special Note: Enroll early - because of the need to prepare materials ahead of time, the minimum enrollment must be reached by June 16th or the workshop will be cancelled.
FEE: $45.00 (pre-registration required)
