- Individual: A New Gloucester resident who generates ideas, produces, or creates unique products.
- Business: Based in New Gloucester that provides creative goods, produces and/or distributes material or conceptual products.
- Non-profit Organization: Supports or actively engages in education that is creative, historical or cultural and / or preserves or promotes the creative and unique assets of the New Gloucester community.
