June 5/6 Check out these happenings in New Gloucester!
Hello everyone, here are a few updates about things going on in New Gloucester:
The Community Garden at Opportunity Farm is now open dawn till dusk, seven days a week. A private plot measures 12x15 and is $20/residents and $35/non-residents. Some tilling and raking still needs to be done but we hope to everything completely ready by this weekend. Last Saturday we sowed over 1200 feet of potatoes for the New Gloucester Food Pantry. We still need to sow beans, carrots, corn and more. Volunteers are always needed. Fill out a form at www.newgloucestergardens.com
